Nvidia’s Growth Projections
Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) is expected to see significant revenue growth in the coming years, particularly driven by the launch of its new Rubin chip architecture, which is anticipated later this year. Analysts project an 81% revenue growth for fiscal year 2027, ending January 2027, followed by a 41% growth in fiscal year 2028.
The combined capital expenditures by major AI hyperscalers are projected to reach $650 billion for 2026, with estimates exceeding $1 trillion for 2027. The new Rubin chips will reportedly reduce AI inference costs by 10 times and training costs by four times, while also costing approximately 25% more than the previous Blackwell architecture, driving additional revenue for Nvidia.
Despite the forecasted growth, Nvidia’s stock is currently viewed as undervalued, with limited future growth already priced in for this fiscal year.
