Nvidia Partners with CrowdStrike for AI-Powered Cybersecurity

Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, announced at a Goldman Sachs technology conference in San Francisco that cybersecurity is poised to become a major use case for artificial intelligence (AI). He identified CrowdStrike as Nvidia’s primary cybersecurity partner, highlighting the need for continuous AI inference workloads to protect against increasingly sophisticated autonomous cyberattacks. CrowdStrike’s CEO, George Kurtz, noted that these attacks are now occurring at machine speed.

The partnership leverages CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform and advanced telemetry along with Nvidia’s accelerated computing capabilities and the Nemotron model family, culminating in the development of SafeMind, an AI system designed for real-time threat detection. Currently, CrowdStrike’s total addressable market stands at $149 billion, with projections to expand to $325 billion by 2030 as AI becomes more ingrained in cybersecurity.

As enterprises increasingly prioritize defense against AI-driven threats, the collaboration between CrowdStrike and Nvidia aims to provide powerful solutions to meet this growing demand, establishing a significant presence in the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
