Unusual Trading Activity in AVNM ETF on Wednesday

The Avantis All International Markets Equity ETF (AVNM) experienced unusually high trading volume on Wednesday, with over 177,000 shares exchanged, significantly higher than its three-month average of approximately 62,000 shares. As of mid-afternoon, AVNM shares were down about 1.2%.

Among its components, the Avantis International Equity ETF (AVDE) saw the most activity, with over 87,000 shares traded and a decrease of 1.1%. The Avantis Emerging Markets Equity ETF (AVEM) also lost 1.1% on more than 49,000 shares. Meanwhile, the Avantis Emerging Markets Small Cap Equity ETF (AVEE) outperformed with a decline of 0.7%, while the Avantis International Small Cap Value ETF (AVDV) was down by 1.3%.
