Nvidia’s data center revenue surged to $89 billion in Q2 2027, marking an 18% increase from the previous quarter and a 117% rise year-over-year. This growth included $48.7 billion from hyperscale customers, such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, which saw a 13% sequential rise and a 102% increase from last year. Notably, Nvidia’s AI Clouds, Industrial, and Enterprise (ACIE) group generated $40.3 billion, representing a 25% growth from the prior quarter and a remarkable 138% increase year-over-year.

As AI demand expands, the ACIE group is growing faster than hyperscale revenues, indicating a diversification in Nvidia’s customer base beyond major tech firms. This shift suggests that AI budgets are branching out to a wider array of enterprises, underscoring a potential second demand curve that may lead to the development of new industries in the infrastructure market.
