Q2 Earnings Wrap-Up: Three Companies Achieving Record Results

In Q2 2026, several major companies reported strong earnings, with Apple Inc. (AAPL), EMCOR Group (EME), and Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) achieving record results. Apple reported quarterly revenue of $109.4 billion, a 16% year-over-year increase, alongside an adjusted EPS of $2.02, up 29% from the previous year. Notably, iPhone sales alone contributed $54.3 billion, growing 21.6% year-over-year.

EMCOR Group recorded revenues of $5.2 billion, marking a 20% increase year-over-year, with adjusted EPS at $9.06, up 35%. The company’s remaining performance obligations surged to $17.1 billion, a 44% increase year-over-year.

Johnson & Johnson achieved sales of $25.3 billion in the quarter, a 6.6% year-over-year increase, raising its sales guidance to exceed $100 billion for the first time in history. Collectively, these results underscore a positive trend in the earnings landscape for major corporations in the ongoing earnings season.
