**RadNet, Inc. (RDNT) Reports Q2 2026 Earnings Amid Strong Imaging Volume Growth**

RadNet, Inc. reported second-quarter 2026 adjusted earnings of 29 cents per share, a decline of 14.7% year-over-year but exceeding the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 18 cents by 61.1%. The company’s revenue rose 25% year-over-year to $622.7 million, also surpassing projections by 1.4%. Advanced imaging volumes significantly contributed to this growth, with MRI volumes up 21%, CT volumes increasing by 20.9%, and PET/CT volumes rising by 31%.

In Digital Health, annual recurring revenues reached $105.5 million, marking a 97% year-over-year increase. RadNet ended the quarter with $726.3 million in cash and cash equivalents, up from $455.3 million in the previous quarter. The company has raised its sales outlook for its Imaging Center segment to between $2.37 billion and $2.42 billion for the full year, while maintaining its guidance for Digital Health at $135-$145 million.
