ETFs Experience Notable Outflows This Week
In the latest review of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) at ETF Channel, significant outflows were noted over the past week. The ProShares UltraPro QQQ (TQQQ) experienced the largest decrease, with 14,950,000 units removed. This represents a decline of 4.0% compared to the previous week. During morning trading today, key components of TQQQ, such as Microsoft and Apple, reflected slight downturns, with Microsoft down approximately 0.9% and Apple lower by 0.3%.
On a percentage change basis, the ETF that faced the most considerable outflow was the Xtrackers Low Beta High Yield Bond ETF. This fund saw a loss of 1,850,000 units, which translates into a substantial 37.0% decline in outstanding units relative to the prior week.
