The State Street SPDR S&P MIDCAP 400 ETF Trust (MDY) experienced a significant week-over-week outflow of approximately $292.7 million, a decrease of 1.1% in shares outstanding, from 39,567,160 to 39,142,160. This change was reported today, highlighting the ETF’s ongoing adjustments in investor demand.

Currently, MDY is trading at $688.20, which is within its 52-week range of $559.89 to $704.45. As of now, key underlying components like Carpenter Technology Corp. (CRS) are up 1.6%, Curtiss-Wright Corp. (CW) is up 1.5%, and Twilio Inc. (TWLO) has risen by 1.2%.

Notably, the ETF’s recent performance can be assessed against its 200-day moving average to further analyze investment trends.
