HubSpot, Inc. (HUBS) reported a significant increase in its financial performance for the second quarter of 2023. The company generated $222.8 million in cash from operating activities, up from $164.4 million in the same quarter last year. Additionally, non-GAAP free cash flow rose by 44% year-over-year to $167.9 million, compared to $116.2 million previously.
Revenue for HubSpot reached $911.7 million, representing a 20% increase year-over-year. Subscription revenue also increased by 20% to $894 million. Non-GAAP operating income climbed by 44% to $185.3 million, with operating margins improving to 20.3% from 17% in the prior year.
In contrast, Salesforce, Inc. (CRM) recorded operating cash flow of $1.27 billion in Q2 FY2027, a 71% increase year-over-year, while Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) reported cash flow from operations at $55.4 billion, a 30% rise year-over-year for Q4 FY2026.
