Tapestry, Inc. (TPR) reported significant revenue growth in international markets for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, achieving a 19% increase in Europe and a 19% rise in total Asia-Pacific revenues. Greater China was a standout, with a 28% growth, while South Korea and Australia contributed to a 22% increase in Other Asia. Coach, Tapestry’s leading brand, saw a 30% revenue rise in Greater China and 25% in Europe.
Despite a 4% revenue decline in Japan due to reduced promotions, Tapestry plans to invest in marketing, stores, and localized products to enhance brand presence in Europe and China. For fiscal 2027, the company forecasts mid-teens growth in Europe and Greater China and targets revenues of $8.4-$8.5 billion with adjusted earnings per share of $7.80-$7.90.
Over the past year, Tapestry’s shares have increased by 16.1%, outperforming the industry, which saw a decline of 10.2%. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for fiscal 2027 earnings suggests a 12.6% year-over-year growth.
