Tesla Launches Robotaxi Service in Miami

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) has launched its Robotaxi service in Miami, Florida, expanding its autonomous vehicle offerings. This move follows the service’s earlier introduction in Texas, specifically in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, bringing the total of active markets to four across two states.

The Robotaxi service is part of Tesla’s broader strategy to focus on autonomous machines, including self-driving cars. Currently, Tesla operates in two states and four markets, while competing service Waymo (NASDAQ: GOOG) has a presence in five states and 11 markets, showcasing a wider reach in the autonomous vehicle sector.

As Tesla continues to build out its Robotaxi business, investors are encouraged to monitor its progress in tech development amid stiff competition from other companies in the autonomous vehicle market.
