In trading on Thursday, the The Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.5% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Walmart, up about 6.1% and shares of Dollar General, up about 3.8% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF, down about 1.8% in Thursday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Thursday were shares of Dream Finders Homes, lower by about 5.6%, and shares of Eagle Materials, lower by about 5.1% on the day.
