UBER Reports Strong Q2 Earnings with Yearly Revenue Growth

Uber Technologies reported second-quarter results for 2026, with earnings of $1.17 per share exceeding the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 83 cents by 41% and showing an 85.7% increase year-over-year. However, revenues of $14.19 billion missed the consensus estimate of $14.21 billion, representing a 12.2% year-over-year increase.

Gross bookings surged 24% year-over-year to $58.02 billion, with 3.87 billion trips recorded, an 18% increase. Notably, monthly active users rose 16% to 208 million. The Mobility segment generated $7.36 billion in revenue, while Delivery and Freight revenues were $5.24 billion and $1.58 billion, respectively, reflecting significant year-over-year growth.

For Q3, Uber anticipates gross bookings between $58.25 billion and $60.25 billion, projecting constant-currency growth of 18-22%. Expected non-GAAP earnings are between 84 and 88 cents per share, reflecting a year-over-year increase of 28-35%.
