Rollins, Inc. (ROL), a global service provider in pest and wildlife control, is valued at a market cap of $26.6 billion. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the company also offers termite protection and additional services to both residential and commercial customers.

Recent Stock Performance

Over the past 52 weeks, ROL’s stock has outperformed the broader market. The pest control company’s shares have risen 17.1%, while the S&P 500 Index ($SPX) increased by 12.3%. Additionally, ROL shares are up 18.6% year-to-date, compared to a modest rise in the SPX index.

However, Rollins has underperformed compared to the iShares US Consumer Discretionary ETF (IYC), which has surged 21.7% during the same period.

Q1 2025 Financial Results

Following the release of its Q1 2025 results on April 23, Rollins’ stock saw a slight recovery. The company reported revenue of $822.5 million, a 9.9% year-over-year increase that exceeded the consensus estimate of $816.2 million. Adjusted operating income rose 6.7% to $147 million, yielding an operating margin of 17.9%. Adjusted EPS was reported at $0.22, reflecting a 10% increase in line with analysts’ expectations.

For the fiscal year ending in December 2025, analysts project a 10.1% rise in ROL’s adjusted EPS to $1.09. The company’s earnings history shows mixed results, meeting consensus estimates in three of the last four quarters while missing once.

Analyst Ratings and Price Targets

Among the 10 analysts covering Rollins, the consensus rating is now a “Moderate Buy,” based on three “Strong Buy” ratings, one “Moderate Buy,” and six “Holds.” This represents a slight shift from three months ago when there were four “Strong Buy” ratings.

On April 17, RBC Capital Markets raised ROL’s price target to $62, maintaining an “Outperform” rating. Currently, Rollins is trading slightly below the mean price target of $55.89, with the highest target of $62 indicating a potential upside of 12.8%.
