Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, First Commonwealth Financial Corp (Symbol: FCF) reported significant options trading today, with a total of 6,386 contracts exchanged, corresponding to approximately 638,600 underlying shares. This represents about 88.2% of FCF’s average daily trading volume of 724,415 shares over the past month. Notably, the $22.50 strike call option expiring August 21, 2026, accounted for 6,243 contracts traded, equating to about 624,300 underlying shares.

Glaukos Corp (Symbol: GKOS) also saw substantial options activity with 5,959 contracts traded, representing around 595,900 underlying shares, which is about 86.5% of its average daily volume of 688,575 shares. The $140 strike put option expiring August 21, 2026, was particularly active, with 2,552 contracts traded.

Snowflake Inc (Symbol: SNOW) experienced the highest options trading volume among the three, totaling 37,815 contracts or approximately 3.8 million underlying shares, which represents about 85% of its average daily trading volume of 4.5 million shares. The $160 strike put option expiring September 18, 2026, led this activity with 2,623 contracts traded.
