Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) reported a 106% increase in revenue for Q2 2023, reaching $13.5 billion, and boasts an operating margin of 66%. The company is projected to achieve annual revenue of $1 trillion by fiscal 2029. In contrast, SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) saw its revenue rise 92% to $4.1 billion in the same quarter, aided by new cloud service agreements. Despite this growth, SpaceX reported a GAAP net loss of $541 million, with its valuation hovering at approximately $2 trillion.
Nvidia, which holds 122.8 million shares of SpaceX worth nearly $20 billion, remains a key partner to SpaceX, with plans for exclusive use of Nvidia chips across its operations.
