Nvidia’s Impressive Growth Forecast
Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) is poised for remarkable revenue growth, with expectations to nearly double its revenue in the second quarter of fiscal 2027. The company reported an 85% revenue growth in Q1, with projections indicating a 97% increase in Q2. Nvidia’s robust demand is largely driven by hyperscalers, AI startups, and notable clients such as SpaceX, which plans to build its AI infrastructure exclusively using Nvidia chips. SpaceX’s investment could yield estimated sales of $150 billion to $250 billion for Nvidia by 2027.
CEO Jensen Huang set ambitious revenue goals of $1 trillion by 2026-2027, anticipating approximately $400 billion in revenue for this fiscal year alone. Additionally, the four major hyperscalers—Amazon, Alphabet, Microsoft, and Meta Platforms—are expected to spend about $700 billion on AI chips this year, potentially accelerating Nvidia’s profits through 2028.
