Intel Corporation (INTC) has announced the launch of its new Arc G-Series processors for handheld gaming devices, aimed at enhancing graphics performance and battery efficiency. The processors, built on the Core Ultra Series 3 architecture, feature up to Intel Arc B390 graphics and support for artificial intelligence-powered XeSS 3 technology, improving frame rates and visual quality for gamers.
The new chips also offer features such as XBOX mode for a console-like interface, Intel Precompiled Shaders for faster game loading, and advanced connectivity options including Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. Intel has partnered with Acer, MSI, and OneXPlayer to bring these products to market in the coming months, further establishing its presence in the growing portable gaming sector.
In terms of stock performance, Intel shares have increased by 518.4% over the past year, significantly outperforming the industry average growth of 69.5%. Analysts have raised earnings estimates for 2026 by 133.3% to $1.05 per share and for 2027 by 51.6% to $1.44 within the last 60 days.
