Paycom Software (NYSE: PAYC) reported a strong second-quarter performance with total revenue rising by 10% year-over-year to $531 million. GAAP net income increased 20% to $107 million, or $2.34 per diluted share. The company also raised its full-year revenue outlook to between $2.197 billion and $2.212 billion, projecting an adjusted EBITDA of $1.007 billion to $1.022 billion for 2026, which would represent a record 46% adjusted EBITDA margin at the midpoint.

These innovations aim to enhance client investment returns and expand the company’s market reach. The company has also repurchased approximately 11 million shares in 2026, returning nearly $1.4 billion to shareholders.

Paycom’s sales pipeline remains robust, with an increase in new sales representatives contributing to productivity growth. The company noted that client employment levels have stabilized, consistent with pre-COVID trends. Paycom ended the quarter with $198 million in cash and paid dividends totaling approximately $18 million.
