**Arm Holdings Reports Strong Q4 2026 Earnings**
Arm Holdings PLC announced a 20% year-over-year revenue increase for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, totaling $1.49 billion. Licensing and other revenues led this growth, rising 29% to $819 million, driven by strong demand for Arm’s semiconductor intellectual property. Royalty revenues also saw an 11% increase, reaching $671 million.

The surge in licensing agreements and consistent royalty income support Arm’s strong business model, especially as demand grows for custom chips in artificial intelligence and advanced computing markets. The company’s stock has increased 188% year-to-date, outperforming the semiconductor industry’s average of 51%.
