Ameren, Vulcan Materials, and Other Companies Declare Quarterly Dividends

In a move to reward shareholders, Ameren’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 67 cents per share. This payment will be made on December 31, 2024, to those on record as of the close of business on December 11, 2024.

Meanwhile, Vulcan Materials announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.46 per share. This dividend will be payable on November 27, 2024, to shareholders whose names appear on the record as of November 4, 2024.

Phillips 66 has also declared a quarterly dividend of $1.15 per share, which will be distributed on December 2, 2024. To receive this payment, shareholders must be on record by the close of business on November 18, 2024.

In another announcement, NRG Energy’s board of directors announced a quarterly dividend of $0.4075 per share, which translates to $1.63 annually. This payment is set for November 15, 2024, for stockholders of record as of November 1, 2024.

Aon, known for its global professional services, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.675 per share on its Class A Ordinary Shares. Shareholders on record as of November 1, 2024, will receive this dividend on November 15, 2024.
