Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS) is rapidly expanding its AI infrastructure, increasing contracted power from over 2 GW at the end of 2025 to more than 3.5 GW in Q1 2026, with a target of at least 4 GW by the end of this year. The company is establishing a second GW-scale AI campus in Pennsylvania, which will support up to 1.2 GW of power.
To address strong demand for its full-stack AI platform, Nebius has raised its 2026 capital expenditure guidance to $20-$25 billion after securing over $6 billion this year in funding, including a $2 billion investment from NVIDIA. The company’s first-quarter pipeline generation has reached a record high, 3.5 times greater than the previous quarter, as demand continues to outpace available GPU capacity.
In 2023, shares of Nebius have surged by 151.5%, dramatically outperforming the Internet – Software and Services industry growth of 15.2%. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for NBIS earnings for 2026 has seen significant upward revisions over the past two months.
