Ethan Allen Interiors (NYSE:ETD) reported fiscal 2026 net sales of $579 million, with fourth-quarter sales reaching $147 million, amid decreased order volumes and macroeconomic uncertainty. The company ended the year debt-free, holding $187.5 million in cash and investments, while experiencing a gross margin of 61.2%, up from 60.5% the previous year.

During the fourth quarter, wholesale written orders declined 11.9%, and retail written orders fell 10.8%, attributed to lower customer traffic. Despite these challenges, the company managed to generate $22 million in operating cash flow for the quarter and $52 million for the year, alongside a consistent dividend payment of $0.39 per share.

Looking ahead, the company aims to strengthen its talent and expand technology use while maintaining a focus on product innovation as it operates 171 design centers in North America.
