Nebius Sees Massive Revenue Growth Amid AI Demand Surge
Nebius Group (NASDAQ: NBIS) reported a staggering revenue increase of 684%, reaching $399 million in Q1 2026, up from approximately $51 million during the same period last year. By Q2 2026, total revenue further climbed to $582.3 million, driven by an 841% rise in its AI cloud services, surpassing analyst expectations. The company forecasts revenues of $3 billion to $3.4 billion for the year, which would mark a fourfold increase compared to 2025.
Earlier this year, Nebius secured multibillion-dollar contracts, raising its contracted power target to 5 gigawatts (GW) to support its growth. However, with a current valuation at 57 times sales and no profit, analysts are concerned about the sustainability of its pricing power in a competitive GPU market.
Despite the debate surrounding its high valuation and reliance on premium pricing, Nebius’s strong demand for AI infrastructure and strategic long-term contracts position it as a key player in the AI cloud sector.
