Salesforce, Inc. reported a significant increase in annual recurring revenues (ARR) from its Agentforce platform, reaching $1.2 billion in Q1 of fiscal 2027—up 205% year over year. Combined ARR for Agentforce and Data 360 approached $3.4 billion, more than double from the previous year. The company processed 28.6 trillion AI tokens, indicating a 152% sequential increase, alongside a 111% rise in Agentic Work Units to 3.8 billion. More than 50% of the new bookings came from existing customers, emphasizing Salesforce’s ability to leverage its established customer base.
Salesforce raised its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to between $45.9 billion and $46.2 billion, projecting an 11% growth at the midpoint. Despite strong performance, shares have decreased 24% year-to-date, compared to a 2.6% decline in the Zacks Internet – Software industry. Salesforce’s forward P/E ratio stands at 13.56, significantly lower than the industry average of 28.40.
