Cummins, Qualcomm, Matador Resources, and More Declare Increased Dividends

The Board of Directors of Cummins has announced a quarterly cash dividend of $1.82 per share. This dividend will be payable on December 5, 2024, to shareholders who are recorded as of November 22, 2024.

Meanwhile, Qualcomm declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.85 per common share. This payment is set for December 19, 2024, and will go to stockholders recorded at the close of business on December 5, 2024.

In a significant update, Matador Resources revealed that its Board of Directors has amended the company’s dividend policy. Under this new plan, Matador intends to pay cash dividends of $0.25 per share each quarter, totaling $1.00 per share annually starting in the fourth quarter of 2024. This marks a 25% increase from the previous policy of $0.20 per share per quarter. The company also declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share for this quarter, which will be payable on December 6, 2024, to shareholders of record as of November 15, 2024.

Alliant Energy’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share, which will be payable on November 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of the close of business on October 31, 2024. Notably, Alliant Energy has paid dividends on common stock for 316 consecutive quarters since 1946, showcasing a strong history of shareholder returns.

The Board of Directors at Sherwin-Williams also announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.715 per common share. This dividend will be distributed on December 6, 2024, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2024.
