CoreWeave Inc. (CRWV) has secured a multi-year agreement with Solidigm, granting the company priority access to enterprise SSD capacity. This deal is aimed at addressing the growing demand for storage as AI models and workloads expand, especially crucial for keeping pace with GPU scaling. The need for reliable storage solutions is underscored by CoreWeave’s assertion that storage constraints are increasingly critical in capacity planning.

In recent years, CoreWeave has established itself in the AI infrastructure market, with key client agreements, including a $21 billion potential revenue deal with Meta through 2032. With the Solidigm partnership, CoreWeave aims to align its storage and compute resources more effectively as it continues to grow its AI cloud platform.

In 2023, CoreWeave’s shares have risen by 23.1%, contrasting with a 3.1% decline in the Internet Software industry. Meanwhile, the Zacks Consensus Estimate for the company’s earnings for the current year has recently been revised downward.
