Among the components of the Russell 3000 index, CoreCivic Inc (CXW) experienced significant options trading today, with 13,015 contracts changing hands, equating to approximately 1.3 million underlying shares. This volume represents about 91.1% of CXW’s average daily trading volume of 1.4 million shares over the past month. Notably, the $32 strike call option expiring September 18, 2026, saw 5,029 contracts traded, covering about 502,900 underlying shares.

Dell Technologies Inc (DELL) reported a trading volume of 52,791 contracts, or approximately 5.3 million underlying shares, which corresponds to 90.5% of its average daily trading volume of 5.8 million shares. The $70 strike call option expiring August 21, 2026, had a high volume of 3,312 contracts traded, equivalent to approximately 331,200 underlying shares.
