Keysight Technologies, Inc. (KEYS) reported a 36% increase in revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, reaching $1.85 billion, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.75 billion. This growth was driven by high demand across key sectors, particularly in artificial intelligence infrastructure and next-generation connectivity.
Net income on a GAAP basis was $397 million, or $2.30 per share, compared to $191 million, or $1.10 per share, in the prior year. Non-GAAP net income also rose significantly, reaching $531 million, or $3.07 per share. Total orders increased to $2.09 billion, up from $1.34 billion year-over-year.
For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, Keysight expects revenues between $1.93 and $1.95 billion, with non-GAAP earnings per share projected to be between $3.34 and $3.40.
