Remember the classic Zig-Zag rolling paper brand that has been around since 1879? Well, they’ve done it again! The legendary Zig-Zag has unleashed their second fashion line, the “Vintage” collection, a salute to their deep-rooted heritage and everlasting impact on rolling culture. Just a friendly reminder that the use of the Zig-Zag trademark is exclusively licensed in the U.S. and Canada by North Atlantic Operating Company, L.P., a subsidiary of the beloved Turning Point Brands, Inc. TPB.

A Blast from the Past

Starting off in the heart of Paris, Zig-Zag was born from the minds of Maurice and Jacques Braunstein back in 1879. Fast forward to the present, the head of marketing and creative at Zig-Zag, Eric Anwar, shares, “As we head towards Zig-Zag’s landmark 145th milestone in 2024, Vintage marks a thrilling moment for the brand as we respond to the clamorous requests from our supporters, further propelling our expansion into fresh product offerings and categories.”

A Nod to the ‘Vintage’ Collection

The ‘Vintage’ Apparel Streetwear Collection boasts an array of graphic T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, beanies, hats, and much more. Reports suggest that the 20-piece collection, adorned with classic advertising artwork, is now up for grabs on Zig-Zag’s website and at handpicked retailers.

The designs exude classic iconography and original advertisements, spanning Zig-Zag’s rich history, from the well-recognized Zig-Zag man (Boris, aka Le Zouave) to patterns gracing their rolling papers over the years.

The campaign proudly showcases the brand’s friends such as Alex and Chris Van Den Hoef of DVBBS, Dylan Davis and Jordan Jones of Arkade, Joey Francis of Bad Nonno / Oswald, Stephan May of Day Fiive, Yofray Ray film producer and founder of College Weekly, and I’m Shmacked, alongside Quinn Blake and others.

“As we share parts of our past legacy, we look forward to providing our audience with a glimpse into the future,” concluded Anwar.

TPB Price Action

At the time of writing on Thursday afternoon, Turning Point Brands’ shares were trading 0.88% higher at $24.11 per share, exciting stuff!
